Fitness Pros Try Boxing

This video reminds me of the first time I tried the sport of boxing as a fitness trainer.  My sister finally dragged me to a boxing gym with her and I thought I was in pretty good shape.  Man was I wrong!  Boxing humbled me because I was only able to last ten minutes... and I was a professional trainer.   Boxing is a true complete workout and conditions you in a way no other format can.   If you have never tried a boxing workout I highly suggest you do.  Its addicting!  You will never forget it.
